    Once a month on a Friday a farm-to-table dinner at Laguna Bluebird Canyon Farm promises to be an exquisite culinary experience.

    Wooden tables adorned with fresh flowers and flickering candlelight, set against the backdrop of rolling hills and the distant sound of the ocean.

    The menu is a celebration of seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, reflecting the bounty of the farm and the surrounding region. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the flavors of the ingredients at their peak freshness.

    Craft cocktails featuring farm harvest will be served, along with refreshing non-alcoholic options. Wine will served, guests are also encouraged to bring your own wine.

    Garrett Taormina is the owner and head chef of Grazie Grazie Pizzeria, a family-run Neapolitan-style pizza shop located in Laguna Beach, California. A passionate pizzaiolo, Garrett pursued formal culinary training in Naples, Italy, where he studied the art of authentic Neapolitan pizza-making at a culinary academy. His dedication to the craft is evident in the restaurant's offerings, which feature high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques.

    Grazie Grazie Pizzeria opened its doors in March 2023, occupying the space formerly held by Gina’s Pizza. The pizzeria has garnered acclaim for its chewy, wood-fired crusts and fresh, thoughtfully sourced toppings. Signature pizzas include the Bianco Verde, topped with ricotta, mozzarella, pecorino, garlic, and a vibrant basil pesto, and the Amatriciana, featuring savory guanciale, red onion, and mozzarella. 


    Garrett is known for his hands-on approach, often present at the pizzeria to greet guests and ensure each pizza meets his high standards. His commitment to quality and authenticity has made Grazie Grazie a beloved spot for both locals and visitors seeking a genuine taste of Naples in Southern California.

    🇲🇽 First Stop: Mexico
    We’ll kick things off with a fiesta of flavor at a lively Mexican restaurant. Learn the history of margaritas while sipping on their signature margaritas—or one of their refreshing mocktails. You’ll enjoy a festive spread of crispy chips and bold salsas, creamy guacamole, and a variety of soft tacos showcasing traditional fillings that are sure to delight.

    🌿 Next Stop: The Mediterranean
    Then, we head to a charming Mediterranean spot where their famous sangria (and equally tasty mocktails) set the tone. You’ll learn the Mediterranean way of life is rooted in fresh, seasonal ingredients, simple preparation, and a love of gathering around the table. You’ll dive into a colorful Mezze Platter featuring hummus, baba ganoush, dolmas, falafel, and more. It's a communal, hands-on experience of bold flavors and fresh ingredients that highlight the best of the region.

    🍣 Final Stop: Japan
    Our last destination is a serene Japanese setting where we begin with a fascinating introduction to the world of sake, followed by a curated sake flight. Mocktail lovers can enjoy a parallel flight crafted with Japanese-inspired ingredients. We’ll end with a short history of sushi and, of course, sample a selection of beautifully prepared pieces to complete the tour.

Discover the secrets of local flora and fauna, explore inspiring landscape designs, and gain insights into what thrives—and what doesn’t—in this coastal paradise. This engaging and educational tour will transform the way you see every flower, bush, and tree around you.

    The experience culminates in a visit to a breathtaking 2.5-acre Laguna garden, where you'll unwind with a glass of wine in a truly enchanting setting.

    Step into the charm of Balboa Island with a journey that blends history, architecture, and waterfront elegance. The experience begins at the Balboa Island Museum, where a docent-led tour offers a fascinating look into the island’s past, from its early development to its present-day allure to learn what makes this community so special.

    You'll have time to explore the charming island shops and indulge in a local favorite—the famous chocolate-covered banana.

    From there, you’ll take a guided tour around the small island,(.32 miles) with stops 11-20 minutes, admiring its picturesque cottages and stunning waterfront homes. You'll see the beloved Teddy Bear House (over 6100 bears), a whimsical landmark that has become a favorite among visitors and locals alike. The walk offers a chance to soak in the island’s charm, taking in beautifully maintained gardens, unique architectural details, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere.

    For those who want to continue to tour, you can continue the guided tour around the Balboa Island (1.71 miles) with stops 45-1 Hr. For those who do not want to continue you can continue wondering around the shops. You’ll meet and the adventure will continue as you head to Lido Marina Village, a stylish enclave of shops and restaurants along the waterfront. You may choose to stop at the local perfumery to learn about fragrances or stop in the Malibu Farms home store or your guide can point out some unique shops to visit. You may choose to sit out the outside bar at Malibu Farm to enjoy a craft cocktail or Nobu for a sake and bite of sushi while watching the boats go by or stop by Zinqué for fries and a glass of wine while sitting outside as the parade of boats goes by!

    You’ll have some time to explore the variety of boutique stores, enjoy the vibrant ambiance, or simply take a moment to soak in the picturesque surroundings.

  • We’ll rendezvous at the Laguna Historical Society, 278 Ocean Ave in downtown Laguna Beach, right next to Whole Foods.

    Our adventure will begin in one of two galleries depending on the exhibition schedule.

    We’ll either start in a gallery, showcasing a rotating selection of meticulously curated shows, with a special emphasis on Southern California artists. The gallery itself, spanning 4,200 square feet, boasts a rich history that's nearly as captivating as the art it hosts. We'll enjoy a guided tour led by a docent talking about the current exhibition.

    Or we’ll have a guided tour of an photographic odyssey captured by renowned photographers around the globe. Each photograph stands as a masterpiece, weaving its own compelling narrative.

    Next, we'll make our way to a gallery spotlighting the work of a local artist celebrated for their unique technique, crafting pieces that are truly spellbinding. These artworks are bound to intrigue you, and we'll have the privilege of another docent-led tour. With any luck, we might even have the chance to meet the artist.

    From here we’ll stroll to a contemporary art gallery where a local artist skillfully captures intimate visual experiences that encapsulate the essence of our daily lives, validating moments of significance. From the simple pleasures of a morning cup of coffee, to the eloquence found in rumpled bed sheets, or the grace of a vase of flowers on a table, each painting is considered a poetic expression by the artist. We will have a tour of the gallery with the artists wife and again if we’re lucky, the artist might be available to not only talk about his art, but also share excerpts from one of his books of short stories.

    To wrap up our artistic adventure, we'll head to a nearby Laguna restaurant to unwind with a cocktail or mocktail, reflecting on the highlights of our journey.

    Choose to start anytime between 10:00am and 7:00pm

    Experience a delightful cocktail cruise around Newport Harbor, where you'll learn about the stunning mansions, homes, and yachts that grace the harbor. Enjoy a selection of appetizers, or opt for a picnic-style lunch or dinner, all conveniently prepared and ready on the boat when you arrive. At the end of your cruise, you have the option to be dropped off at a restaurant. All details are meticulously handled, and transportation can be arranged if needed.

  • YOU CHOOSE DAY/TIME

    Fly to Catalina Island for an unforgettable day trip or a relaxing overnight stay. Upon arrival, explore the island with a guided tour in a golf cart, Hummer, or Jeep. Enjoy a variety of activities such as hiking, biking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, jet skiing, visiting museums, dining at scenic spots, and spending time on the beach. After a wonderful day, return by helicopter or extend your stay for one or more nights. Everything will be arranged for you, so all you need to do is pack your day or overnight bag and enjoy!

  • DEPART IN THE MORNING FOR A DAY TRIP

    Embark on a private yacht cruise to Catalina Island for an unforgettable day. Anchor to enjoy paddleboarding and snorkeling. On the island, explore with a guided golf cart, Hummer, or Jeep tour. Additional activities include hiking, biking, jet skiing, visiting museums, dining at scenic spots, and relaxing on the beach. After a fantastic day on the island, you'll return to the mainland on your private yacht.

    Once a month, indulge in our exclusive Pop-Up dinner hosted in a charming Laguna Beach home. Our mission is to foster a connection between diners and the roots of their food. Local chefs will curate a Farm-to-Table experience, sourcing the freshest ingredients directly from nearby farms.

    Each event kicks off with a specialty mocktail or cocktail, setting the tone for an evening of culinary delight. Our intimate sit-down dinners accommodate 8 to 15 guests, depending on the location. It's an opportunity to mingle with fellow food enthusiasts and savor a delicious meal in the carefully curated beautiful Laguna Beach home.

To ensure the confirmation of a tour,
a minimum of participants is required.
If the threshold is not met, the tour will be cancelled and your money returned.
